lovely djurgården stay
outdoor space luxurious breakfast helpful staff relaxing atmosphere
I loved the beautiful outdoor space with its bar. Sitting there enjoying a drink was very relaxing. a deer even visited us on the terrace! the breakfast was luxurious and the restaurant was quite good. the desk staff were always helpful.
the wardrobe door knobs were small, so they were difficult to open.

our classic double or twin room featured solid, attractive decor. the beds were comfortable. the room provided a restful environment, though it did lack tea and coffee facilities, a slight inconvenience.

the location provides easy access to djurgården attractions, ferries, and public transport. the abba museum is opposite, and a tram runs into the centre. it is a short walk to the vasa museum and skansen.

the reception staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. they offered advice and assistance with taxi bookings to the airport. breakfast to go was also available. the breakfast buffet was amazing, though dishes were occasionally left empty.

soft bed slow service
the breakfast had a good selection of items and was quite tasty.
the room was quite basic, lacking a fridge or even bottled water. the bed was too soft for my liking, so i did not sleep well. also, the restaurant service at dinner was slow.

i travelled with my family, and we appreciated the spacious room. it was very clean too. the hotel location is great. we could easily reach all the attractions nearby.
The breakfast ingredients were not great. the service during dinner could be better. I expected a more attentive staff. the restaurant felt quite cold.

I appreciated the great location directly opposite the tram stop. It was very convenient. the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! it had a great selection.
The room was very basic. It lacked a fridge. the beds were soft. the rooms were not cleaned perfectly.

The hotel offers complimentary bicycles, a feature i found wonderful for exploring nearby attractions. i was able to easily reach sights a bit farther away. the staff proved helpful. Their assistance enhanced my overall experience, i must say.

The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always helpful. i found the location very convenient. It was close to several museums (i especially wanted to see the vasa museum).
